Service Description

These coaching sessions can be done on one-to-one or within a group setting. The aim of the sessions is to define individual and or organisation values. Typical as a coach I would spend time with individuals defining their core values. Together as a group we will look at the organisational values and where our own values align. Assess the current values in the organisation and if they are still applicable or relevant to employees. Make adjustments where needed and produce what the employees and employer want to see in the organisation in the future.
